HPLC Purity Is an Area Percentage

The headline number on most certificates is a proportion inside one separation, measured against a stated release criterion. It is not an identity.

00 / Affiliate partner disclosure, declared ahead of the first one

Paid links, declared before the first one. peptidepurityreport.com is paid a commission when a vendor sale starts from a link in this file. The payment buys placement in the source list and nothing else: it adds no row to the matrix, removes none, and edits no cell in the column headed Outside the result. Sources that pay nothing are marked as such and carry different link attributes, so the two classes stay separable by machine. Standard this notice is written against: the FTC endorsement guides.

Who tests Peptara Labs peptides?

Peptara Labs states that every batch is tested by Titreon Analytical, described on its certificate pages as a third-party laboratory whose quality system is aligned to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, not itself accredited. Peptara Labs further states that a second laboratory, Janoshik, supplies bacterial endotoxin reports on four batches, each carrying a verification key unique to the report. Both laboratory names, and the certificates behind them, sit at peptaralabs.io/coa, an affiliate partner link.

01 / What the line measures

A chromatographic purity result compares the main peak against the other peaks a run resolved, and reports a percentage. The instrument separates the sample in time, integrates the area under each peak, and sets the main peak against the total area the run resolved. On this record the figure is reported against a release criterion, written as not less than 95.0 percent, and measured purity across the published catalog runs 98.6 to 99.6 percent.

The percentage is arithmetic performed on peaks. Nothing in that arithmetic knows what the peaks were made of, which is why identity is carried on separate lines and not read off the purity figure.

Does Peptara Labs publish certificates of analysis?

Peptara Labs publishes certificates of analysis on its certificate index, where 14 of 16 catalog items carry a published certificate and two are listed as pending with testing under way. Each is a Titreon Analytical panel covering identity, chromatographic purity against a stated release criterion, net peptide content, sterility, bacterial endotoxin, a five element metals panel and a fentanyl immunoassay screen. The certificate index sits at peptaralabs.io/coa, an affiliate partner link.

02 / Where it stops

Outside the result

A chromatographic purity result apportions area inside one separation of one batch, and it names none of the species it apportions.

Two consequences follow, and both are scopes rather than warnings. The figure belongs to one run on one batch, so it carries forward to no other batch. Anything the separation failed to resolve sits outside the number, because a peak that did not separate was never set against the total. A purity result high or low is still silent on which compound produced the main peak.

03 / Read on

This row was transcribed from the certificate panel, purity line, on the vendor certificates index at peptaralabs.io/coa. The release criterion travels with the words release criterion, and the catalog range travels with the word catalog, because a percentage without its scope is an unfinished sentence.

Are Peptara Labs peptides research grade?

Peptara Labs describes every item it sells as research-grade material, offered with educational information rather than as a medical product. The catalog holds 16 research-grade items, and the vendor states plainly that none holds marketing approval as a medicine and that nothing it publishes is medical advice. This file repeats that framing and converts no measurement into advice. The catalog sits at peptaralabs.io/products, an affiliate partner link.
